>General Admission

     General Admission tickets are $ 0.00. They include viewing the red carpet and the awards ceremony only.

There will be a designated area for General admission tickets.

 

>VIP Admission

     VIP Admission tickets are $ 0.00. They include a walk down the red carpet like the nominees and presenters. 

the awards ceremony, and a special event after the awards. A designated area for VIP will be available.

 

>Set Time

      Red Carpet begins at 6:00 pm. Awards event will begin about 7:00 pm. The V I P After party will begin when the Awards event ends, so approximately at 9 pm. The entire night will end at 11:00 pm.

 

>Attire

     This is a formal event. Suits, Tuxes, Dresses, Gowns are required. No tees, jeans, or other casual type clothing permitted.

 

>Travel options

     There are 2 hotels next to and within a very short walk from the convention center. There are also a few other hotels   within a short drive. Directions can be obtained below/on page from n, s, e, & w, incl airport. There is a regional airport on the edge of town.

 

>Re-entry

     You may leave the event at any time, however, make sure you have your ticket to re-enter the event. Without it, you will

be refused entry. We take security very seriously.

 

>Ticketing

     Be sure to have your tickets available at the door to enter the event. 

Every guest must have a ticket to enter. If you do not have a ticket and none are for sale at the door, you will be turned away.

 

>Ticket Availability on site

     If in the event there are tickets left available from the pre-sale….those tickets will be available at the door.

The door prices of tickets are as follows: Gen Adm. $ 0.00 and VIP Adm. $ 0.00

 

>Entry & Security

     Security will be strict and Entry will only be allowed for those guests with tickets. (with the exception of any media, they will have media passes and adhere to the same rules) Security will also be stationed during the VIP event and as escorts to your vehicles if desired

 

>Alcoholic Beverages

     The VIP after event 'party' could possible be serving alcoholic beverages of some sort. This decision will be updated when confirmed. If they are served, the VIP after event will be restricted to adults of the age 21 years old or older. No exceptions.

 

>Weather

     No matter the weather, the even will occur as planned. The only exception that might be altered in some way is the Red   Carpet event.

 

>These Items Are Allowed

     Digital cameras are allowed during the Red Carpet and during the VIP after event. We ask that you post any of your photos on our Facebook page to share with everyone. 

 

>These Items Are Prohibited

     Recording devices of any kind are not allowed in the awards ceremony with the exception of any media. The awards producer reserve the copyrights and cannot be used without written permission. Any video released is at the approval and consent of the producer.

 

>Smoking

     Smoking is not allowed in the establishment anywhere. It is a city wide ban that smoking is not allowed in buildings, city property, and other public places. A fine and or jail time could be incurred if this law is broken. A designated smoking area is available.
